On Thursday, the state Fish and Wildlife Department will dedicate the Sandy Point Fishing Access in Swanton, renaming it for the late Larry Greene. Greene, the former president of the Lake Champlain Walleye Association, was a longtime champion of walleye management and restoration in Vermont.
