    Private land coyote

    What is the largest cal. I can use for coyote on private land?

    I don't believe there is a limit on how big of a gun you can use. You can shoot them from 1 1/2 miles away with a .50 BMG....

    There is no caliber limit except during rifle/shotgun deer season. During deer season there is a minimum rifle caliber requirement (.243/6mm) but no maximum caliber size.

    Remember the land has to be a certain minimum size to use a rifle on.

    Even when coyote hunting after Feb?
