Try the Alien Gear holster. My friend carries a Shield and I tried it on. One of the most comfortable and well thought out holsters around. You have to order it online I do believe they advertise on Facebook.

I have Alien Gear IWB and OWB for all of my pistols. Beyond comfortable and if you get another EDC you can order just the shell part for the new gun and it mounts to the rest of the holster. Retention is adjustable as well and if you ever decide to get rid of one gun (blasphemy) you can send them your old shell and they'll send you one for your new toy free.

I picked up a OWB shield for my new 380 S&W. Made by Wintrop Holsters LLC for $38. from Amazon, very comfortable if worn a tad back from my side. Very hard to see if worn with a t-shirt . Not that it matters here. Good luck

I had a belly band years ago and gave it away I liked it so much LOL. I have a couple Crossbreed Supertucks that work well IWB. I've found pure Kydex holsters were not comfortable for me. The Crossbreed have the leather backing on them. You might also want to look into Smartcarry if you are thinking about a belly band type of holster. Might be more comfortable.

Hey Andy I carry everyday, everywhere I can.

I appendix carry a Performance Center Shield .45 in a Tac-Lab IWB every day for about 2 months now. It's a pretty minimalist holster with a suede like material on the outside.
The single stack Shield is so thin, it is about as good as it's gonna get for appendix carry if thats what your looking for. Most of the time I remove the rig when I'm in a vehicle and wedge it between seat and center console.

My long time go to EDC rigs are a Glock 23 and Glock 19 in G Code INCOG Eclipse holsters with a suede finish. Truthfully they are better quality and more comfortable IWB appendix carry holsters than the Tac-Lab, I just wanted to try something different for the Shield.

I have Crossbreed and the Alien Gear which copied them, and the Alien gear is better made and more comfortable if you are looking for that style of holster.
If you carry at 4 O'clock you forget you're wearing the Alien Gear holster.

I have a Galco Ankle Glove I carry a Glock 26 in, very comfortable option when you are gonna be up and down a lot.

For OWB concealed carry I use Bravo Concealment. I just ordered a couple more from them, they got a great deal right now buy one almost half off a second one.

One more little known option I use is a Wilderness Safepacker. It's a soft pouch like holster that you can wear on a belt or it attaches itself to a seatbelt, backpack, or shoulder strap.
It protects the weapon and is very easy to access when needed. It is a great option for full size carry, and they make different sizes for compacts. I have used them for years, so does my wife and they get 5 stars from us, lol.
