Venison Processing Seminars: Whether you are an old hand at processing deer or new to it, you will benefit from this training event by Gary Taylor, CE/FS Instructor and professional butcher. Gary will take participants through all the steps from skinning to packaging, and will share cooking secrets and samples. Maximum enrollment for each seminar is 50 participants.
