Heres a 8 point i arrowed last week haven't had time to post it . my daughter said if i arrowed one she wanted to come and track it for me so i had my wife drop her off to me . I showed her the arrow in the ground and she began the 65 yard track and foung it all by her self for me . the greatest and funniest thing is now she wants me to start DaughterDaddy Outdoors and trademark it so i think i will lol77757776

Congrats on the nice buck! That's very cool that your daughter is excited to get involved too.

Congrats on the daughter....and a nice buck too. I thought my girl would be a huntress, but then she turned 10 and became more girly, then boys, and not interested in hunting at all. :embarrassed: Oh, well, there's always a chance she'll give me a grandchild to hunt with.

Nice buck, but even a better picture!. great to see your Daughter tracking your deer. I had all 3 of my kids (twin 8yr olds, 11yr old) tracking a deer for me last year. Then they helped gut and drag it out too. One of my daughts really enjoys it.

Good for you both. I got hooked on hunting from just tagging along with my dad and helping him out.

10-21-2012, 04:39 PM
Congrats on the family involvement, and the awesome buck. Nice sleeve btw, where did you get that done?

10-21-2012, 09:31 PM
First , congrats on a good buck and also on including your daughter on helping in tracking him. Anytime kids get to learn a thing or two about the outdoors makes them appreciate the enviroment and there parents more.. I bet that made her day to help dad find a nice buck.
I started bring my daughter on tracking jobs last year and now when she gets the call that I need her help shes overjoyed on tagging along. This year she will be in the duck blind with me and even tho she wont be able to shoot , just being out with me will make the days that much better ... Congrats again!
